Meet Sarah Ernst-Edwards from 360 NMT in Waltham, MA. Sarah and her clinic are doing great work with developing and mentoring her Neuromuscular Therapy staff.
Sarah’s career in movement and massage therapy stems from her work as a musician. She earned her bachelor’s degree in music from Smith College, where she began studying the Alexander Technique to improve her piano performance. Sarah pursued her initial massage training at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA, and then continued on to certify in NeuroMuscular Therapy (American Version and now PNMT!), Manual Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Massage and Pre-Natal Massage. She also recently received her Clinical Rehabilitative Massage Specialty Certificate. She is co-owner of 360 NeuroMuscular Therapy, a clinic in Waltham, Massachusetts which specializes in relieving chronic pain with neuromuscular and trigger point therapies.
